Try installing VZAccess Manager on your machine, that should take care of it.

Not sure, but I extracted the drivers from the VZAccess Manager. You can try the same..

Plug in your phone to the PC, and go to the device manager, then right click on the device with the yellow exclamation mark and click on update driver software, then click on browse my computer for driver software and go to where the files are..

the zip file does not have the needed .inf file
